a) updating, rectification or, when interested,integration of data; b) cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also for what concerns their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of their personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by email, and/or through traditional marketing arrangements by phone and/or mail.
Please note that the right of opposition of the person concerned for purposes of direct marketing through automated modality, exposed in paragraph b), extends to the traditional modalities and that still remains the possibility for the person concerned to fulfill the right of opposition even in part.
